Originally written by John Rushton, the local historian, in the 1970's as an educational resource this book has now been revised and brought thoroughly up to date with an additional chapter by Brian Walker. The Friends of Dalby Forest have sponsored the first print run and the book is now on sale at the visitor centre in Dalby or by post from Newby Books in Scarborough using their on line order form.
